Dignity heals what indignity has torn apart
Traumatic loss can profoundly undermine the dignity of individuals and communities — especially when circumstances involve sudden and violent events. However, when supportive spaces are offered with programs led by trained mental health professionals, survivors can draw strength, build resilience, and develop the skills to rebuild their lives.
In these supportive spaces, survivors draw strength from shared experiences, compassionate guidance from trained facilitators, and the connections they build with one another.
